1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made via the website www.rosalys.be (hereinafter the "Site") between ROSALYS and any non-commercial natural person (hereinafter the "Client").

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Website at the time of the Customer's visit. ROSALYS takes great care in the presentation and description of these products in order to provide the most complete information possible.

The jewelry sold by ROSALYS is primarily made of stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. These materials are specified in the product descriptions. Some pieces may also feature lab-grown diamonds, which possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. The presence of these stones is clearly indicated in the descriptions of the relevant products.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. ROSALYS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ROSALYS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom a dispute is ongoing.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering via the secure payment methods offered on the Site. The order will only be processed once payment has been validated.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. Delivery times are estimates provided during the ordering process. In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be notified by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their complete original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are not refundable.

8. Guarantees

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity, the product can be returned and exchanged or refunded.

9. Responsibility

ROSALYS cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. In any event, ROSALYS' liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, only the French-speaking courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
