Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be modified. -

How do I return an item purchased online?
Because your satisfaction is essential to us, we have implemented a simple and transparent return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to inform us if you wish to make a return.
Returned items must be:
in their original condition, unworn, returned in their original box and packaging.

Exception: Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is created exclusively according to
your wishes. -
Can I exchange my purchase for a different size or item?
We accept exchange requests subject to product availability.
The item must be returned new, unworn and in its original packaging.
For a simple and transparent process, exchanges are made in the form of a refund followed by a new order.
This allows us to handle each request with care and precision.

Are international exchanges possible?
For international orders, exchanges are processed as a refund after receipt of the returned item, followed by a new order for the desired item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
